We
purchased this Chris Craft Cherokee 32 from Torresen
Marine on Wednesday, March 24, 2004.
Fandango, the boat
formerly known as Radiance, is 32 feet long by 9 feet wide. She has a
draft of 5 foot 1 inch.
We
all three took the ASA classes 101/103 and passed with flying colors back
in July of 2003. Class was on a 32' C&C. We then chartered a 27' C&C in
Grand Traverse Bay in August 2003. The charter company is Bay
Breeze Yacht Charters. We think we are ready to get some more practice
on our own.
Info about this and other "Good Old Boats" is available from their website.
Good Old Boat Magazine.
Layout info from the original Chris Craft brochure.
The Mariner's Museum has
a Chris Craft Division. I sent in our hull number and found out we
have a 1967 Cherokee, hull number 10 of the series. One of only 40 made.
