These are photos of some of the areas that need some work. Overall she is in pretty good shape.




Ceiling area of the aft quarter berth.

Flooring of the quarter berth with the cushion removed. Obviously some water leakage.



Cracks along the port side near the rear stanchions.

 


Tim attempted to repair these cracks above the quarterberth, but before he could sand it down, they cracked through.


Cowl vents on the rear starboard side. They need to be finished, and I don't know if they are suppose to be able to rotate....?
